Privacy Policy

The short version: Your records belong to you. Bau has no accounts, no sign-up, and no servers of our own. Your pet's data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud — we never see it.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

Bau does not require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or your pet's records to any server operated by us. We cannot access, read, or share your records — they never leave your control. Your pet's health records never leave your device and your personal iCloud — not a single line, ever.

2. Where Your Data Lives

On your device — all records are stored locally on your iPhone.
In your personal iCloud — if iCloud sync is enabled, your data is synced through your private iCloud database, managed by Apple and protected by your Apple ID. We have no access to it. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. To manage subscriptions reliably, we use RevenueCat, a payment infrastructure service. RevenueCat receives only your purchase and renewal status and a randomly generated anonymous identifier — never your name, email, or any of your pet's records. This is the only data that ever leaves the app, and it cannot be linked to your identity by us.

4. Analytics & Ads

Bau contains no third-party advertising, no ad trackers, and no analytics SDKs. We do not collect usage data of any kind. What happens in the app stays in the app.

5. Data Export & Deletion

You can export your records (PDF/CSV) at any time, free of charge — this will always be free. Deleting the app (and its iCloud data via Settings) permanently removes your data. There is nothing for us to delete, because we never had it.

6. Children

Bau is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — the only data that leaves the app is the anonymized purchase status described in Section 3.

2. 데이터가 저장되는 곳

이용자의 기기 — 모든 기록은 아이폰에 로컬로 저장됩니다.
이용자의 개인 iCloud — iCloud 동기화를 켠 경우, 데이터는 Apple이 관리하고 이용자의 Apple ID로 보호되는 개인 iCloud 데이터베이스를 통해 동기화됩니다. 당사는 여기에 접근할 수 없습니다. Apple 개인정보 보호정책 참조.

3. 결제

구독 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 구독 상태를 안정적으로 관리하기 위해 결제 인프라 서비스 RevenueCat을 사용하며, RevenueCat에는 구매·갱신 상태와 무작위로 생성된 익명 식별자만 전달됩니다. 이름·이메일·반려동물 기록은 어떤 경우에도 포함되지 않습니다. 이것이 앱 밖으로 나가는 유일한 데이터이며, 당사는 이를 이용자 신원과 연결할 수 없습니다.

4. 분석 및 광고

Bau에는 제3자 광고도, 광고 추적기도, 분석 SDK도 없습니다. 어떤 종류의 사용 데이터도 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에서 일어나는 일은 앱 안에만 머뭅니다.

5. 데이터 내보내기 및 삭제

기록은 언제든 무료로 내보낼 수 있으며(PDF/CSV), 이는 영원히 무료입니다. 앱 삭제(및 설정에서 iCloud 데이터 삭제) 시 데이터는 영구 삭제됩니다. 당사가 보유한 데이터 자체가 없으므로 당사 측에서 삭제할 것도 없습니다.

6. 아동

Bau는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 앱 밖으로 나가는 데이터는 제3항의 익명화된 구매 상태가 유일합니다.

7. 변경 및 문의
